Yoga style:
Each class strongly focuses on synchronizing movement and breath. Jo is trained in both Dru Yoga and the basics of Kundalini Yoga, so classes are influenced by both yoga styles and can include sequences, asana (poses), dance, mantra and pranayama (controlled breathing). They always begin with a warm-up and end with either a meditation and/ or relaxation.

Yoga with a punk rock twist:
The playlists are carefully chosen to suit each class and the music ranges from fast skatepunk, hardcore, acoustic punk, post-rock and solfeggio frequency. You will leave the class feeling like you’ve worked both body and mind.

Classes are often energetic and will be different from what you’ve ever experienced before. Jo welcomes absolute newbies and shares yoga in a way that is suitable for beginners and intermediate. Modifications are available.
